Does AANA accept credits for my ACLS course?
Our ACLS course is accredited by AANA. A separate digital certificate will be issued to you to submit to AANA at no additional cost. You can purchase an additional hardcopy for $15.
What are your office hours?
Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm EST, Friday 9am-12pm EST
When will I receive my digital certificate?
Digital certificates are emailed during normal office hours.
Can I take this course for my initial certification?
Yes.
When will I receive my card in the mail?
Certificates are mailed every Friday.
Do I need an access key or log-in take my course?
No, once you have paid, simply return to your course page and click on the links for your materials.
Will I get CEUs for taking this course?
We award 6 CEUs for completing ACLS or PALS, and 1 for BCLS.
Will I receive an American Heart Association card by completing your online course?
No. Although we follow the exact same guidelines and course content, you may only receive an AHA card by physically attending an AHA course. Currently the AHA does not offer any “online courses.” While the cognitive portions of their BCLS and ACLS courses can be completed only, they will always require an in-person skills check to a certificate.
Are you accredited?
Yes, we are accredited by American Medical Research Associates.
Do I need to have a current certificate to take the courses?
No, even if your certificate is expired, you may still take our courses.
Do I need a “skills test?”
No, we do not require skills testing for online certification courses.
When will I receive my card?
If you have chosen standard delivery, your card will be shipped via USPS within 5 days of course completion.
How do I submit my answers?
You must submit answers using our Online Answer Form
When will my exam be graded?
Exams are graded daily Monday - Friday, 9am-3pm, EST. Should the last day of the month fall on a Saturday or Sunday, we also grade that day. We do work some holidays. If we are working that holiday, it will be posted on our home page.
Do I need to have a current certificate to take the courses?
No, even if your certificate is expired, you may still take our courses.
If I do not pass, what will happen?
We will give you another opportunity to take the exam, at no additional cost.
Is my exam timed?
No, please take as much time as you need to complete your exam.
How long is my certification good for?
Certification period is for two years.

What is your refund policy?

All courses and products are non-refundable. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check with their employer or school prior to making their purchase to ensure that they accept online certification.
Clients who file chargebacks with their credit card company after obtaining certification will have their accounts referred to a collection agency.
